When I started raising chickens, I was merely a teenager who had a passion for farm animals. my younger years consisted of showing livestock at the local at 4H county fair, this consisted of showing and raising chickens, ducks, and geese.

During my High School years, my love for farming and livestock grew, I became President of my high school FFA, and owned cattle, and 3 Jersey cows.

My interest in chicken drove us to create the Chickens On The Farm website, a place for hobbyists, farmers, and anyone who wants to know more related to raising chickens. Now we serve readers all over the world and are thrilled to share our passion and knowledge with you.
